What was the highlight of Les Jardins De La Villa
Friendly, clean and good value-for-money. Good for business travel or non-first-timers in Paris
The room was comfortable, clean, and well equipped. The staff at reception and at breakfast were very nice and helpful. You could tell that the property was well taken care of. I was travelling alone and felt comfortable and safe. The location is still within Zone 1 in the Paris transport system, which means its well connected with the metro and you can walk to the Champs Elysees and the Tour Eifel, as well as some nice residential parks and dinning areas nearby.
The breakfast buffet was a little disappointing and the location is not the best for first-timers in Paris (but its not bad at all!). They had a lot of options for such a small hotel and the staff made omelettes to-order, but the food quality was a bit low. I would recommend having a smaller selection of better quality items, like very nice croissants and quiches, eggs made to order, fresh fruit and granola/muesli, to make the breakfast worth the price. In terms of location, it is OK. Although you can walk to some major sites like Arc de Triomphe and Champs Elysees, I would say its on the western limit of the touristic area, so sites like the Louvre, the Notre Dame or even the Tour Eiffel require you to take the Metro, taxi (or prepare for a long long walk). I would not stay there if travelling alone just for this reason. But if you want to save some money, be in a cozy hotel and don't mind long distances, then its good.

Location is great! Close to Metro 1 (yellow) Pont Neuilly - Direct to Eiffle Tower. Close to street market at Rue Poncelet Can walk to Arc de Triomphe Direct bus to Galleries layfatte Haussmann Great staff - Milos, Mario all great! Sitting area for breakfast buffet is nice Spa and steam room is wonderful Room size quite good Can open 2 x large luggages in the room Bed is comfy with many pillows Toilet is small but functional. Water pressure is great and hot water is great Nice shampoo, liquid soap Curtains good blackout Noise insulation is good Balcony is nice Small provision stop next door Great restaurant next door at Le Panna Cotta
Street where hotel is located is off main road and narrow 1 lift for front block and 1 lift for rear. But in actual use, there was never a long wait for a lift. Room furniture dated. Flip down dressing table not sturdy Light switches have malfunction - table and wardrobe lights did not work as desired. Insufficient clothes hangers Toilet is very small Toilet flush takes a long time before you can flush again Toilet shower glass support/ brace not installed properly. Toilet towel heater rail not working No views as blocked by other buildings
